What happens if I do not put the NAPT kit in a protective outer box? You will be invoiced an administrative fee to address this shortcoming. This may include any damages incurred while the kit is in transit. Read more »
I got my kit start notice but haven’t received the kit yet. When will I get it? In accordance with the start notice, you should receive the kit within approximately 2 weeks. If you don’t receive the kit after 2 weeks of receiving your notice, please contact NAPT staff. Read more »
