Terms and Conditions
- Artifact sponsors receive a credit toward one free full-service kit enrollment per calendar year for as long as NAPT continues to use your artifact.
- Company name and logo will be featured on the artifact or the case that contains it whenever possible.
- NAPT will be happy to provide relevant documentation of your donation for tax purposes. We cannot guarantee your donation will be be considered tax deductible.
- We highly value our Artifact Sponsors and continue to develop appropriate ways to provide value back. As such, these benefits are subject to change.
