Understanding the QMS: Overview

    Using the QMS Interface

The QMS User Interface (UI) is divided into two main parts: the menu and main content area.

    Top Menu
The top menu contains quick links to all of the QMS features and applications that are available to you.

    Main Content
When you click on a menu item, the main content area (located below the menu) will update to display the section you have chosen.

    Services, Ports and Firewalls

To use the Customer Portal or QMS Navigator, the following URLs, Ports, and Firewall exceptions must be allowed.

    Proxy Allow List

    • qmssdk.azurewebsites.net

Change your password in QMS Navigator

Users are allowed to change their password from QMS Navigator. It is recommended that Leads and Users change their password on first login.

    To Change Password

    1. From the app bar on the left-hand menu, select Profile.
    2. In the text field labeled “Password”, enter a new password, and click Save.

    Notes:

    • The system will not ask for validation when typing the password. Modern browsers support the ability to show a password before submitting.
